Research Areas

The Tumor Signal Transduction Research Group employs an interdisciplinary approach, integrating evolutionary, developmental, and tumor biology. By leveraging big data mining across genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics, we focus on identifying and characterizing the functional mechanisms of novel genes involved in tumorigenesis. Furthermore, we actively screen for potential anti-tumor lead compounds. Our ultimate goal is to develop innovative therapeutic strategies targeting hypoxic solid tumors.
