Research Areas
Employing multi-omics technologies to elucidate key cell fates in primate neurogenesis, and integrating lineage tracing to reveal stem cell dynamics as well as neurogenic patterns. 2. Utilizing clinical samples, brain organoids, and transgenic monkey models to investigate the pathogenic mechanisms of rare neurodevelopmental disorders, such as Fragile X Syndrome. 3. Integrating primate ENCODE data with artificial intelligence models to develop enhancer-driven, cell-specific gene therapy tools.
