It is the first integrated platform to carry out International Barcode of Life Project, iBOL. in China, established in January 2011. It’s an important part of the international-China project, and will play an important role in wildlife specimen collection, preservation and management of large-scale sample of DNA extraction, gene design and barcode standard screening, target cloned, high-throughput sequencing, database, information platform and development and maintenance of Laboratory information Management System(LIMS) , DNA-based bar code technology.
