On August 5, the delegation from Graduate School of Anhui University including Vice President Huang Fanglun and the Vice President of Faculty of Health Sciences met with the Secretary of KIZ's CPC Committee Mr. Xi Jian-Xun, deputy director Professor Huang Jing-Fei and professors and students representatives of KIZ, to discuss mutual problems faced in ensuring internationally competitive postgraduate training for students in China.
They agreed that further joint programs with both students and professors can better prepare researchers at both sides. Efforts to deepen collaboration include an increased emphasis on academic exchanges for research and teaching, improving graduate education and supervision, and improving the curriculum to offer more time for students in the laboratory.
